The company has listed product (Farmina N&D chicken and pomegranate Cat Adult food, *kg) at a higher MRP of Rs.****. Actual MRP of said product is Rs. ****. On top of selling products at higher MRP, they are showing discount of **%. I have reached out to their CC * days ago and highlighted the issue. Was assured it will be resolved in an hour's time. Yesterday again I have spoken to them to rectify the same as people are buying this at a significantly high MRP. Still there has been no resolution. I have screen shots from * days ago and today of the product listing along with consented call recording with their CC. Please help highlight this malpractice. Not all consumers will diligently check the MRP as we pet parents are used to regular hikes in rates.
