I had purchased Mivi duopods **. For some reason, the left speaker stopped working after two months. I raised warranty support and the product was promptly picked up in the next one week. After about another week, i was the testing is complete and the product will be replaced. Now the fun started! The product got delivered and to my amazement, it had a soap/limestone wrapped in a aluminium foil inside the Mivi box! I reached out multiple times to their customer service but to no avail. Pure case of cheating and fraud! These guys should be penalised and company shut down!!
