flipkart - received faulty product

I received a mobile from flipkart on July *rd .I realized that i received faulty product.So i kept return request immediately with * days return policy ends up.But flipkart people approached me wantedly after * days policy ended.Now they are saying that i approached lately so return policy ended.How come?There mistake and they are testing my patience since June *th.I approached them so many time by chat,calls,mails.They are simply saying that rejected seller not accepting return.Then whose problem is that?Now simply they are saying go to service center.
From day one on wards i am saying to them i don't want to visit service center with new piece.I have the right to get my money back from flipkart.
