I purchased Whey Protein product from Flipkart on *the Dec ****. I received the product on *th Dec. While delivering, we checked whether product is damaged or not. It was not damaged so we took the product. Now if anyone want to validate product authentication, we need to drop an email to manufacturer "Ultimate Nutrition" and importer with product image and they revert back in *-* business working day. This cannot be checked at the time of delivery. So, I dropped an email to manufacturer and imported both and they confirmed that product does not have manufacture, expire date and lot number on the product so it does not look genuine. When I told same thing to Flipkart, they are not ready to replace item. Please see all attached files for more detail. This product worth rupees ****/-. As per Flipkart, customer need to authentic the product at time of delivery but it cannot be possible to authentic same day. Why even Flipkart is selling the product which does not have Mfg. and Exp. Date. If that is the case, then they should replace it.
