Manali filed complaint against Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd on Oct 3, 2020
I Ordered jeerasar kolam rice pack of ** Kg(* packs) from jio Mart on **th September ****. Received delivery on **th September ****. On **th September I opened the rice packet and while transferring the to tin I found dead lizards in the rice.
I complaint to customer care of jio mart (complaint id : **********) on the same day i.e. **th September and they replied that they have registered the complainant and I will get call from their senior authority within ** hours, but I didn't get any response from their side neither through message nor through any call.
I again called them on *rd October **** firstly the call attender told me that I'm transferring your call to senior authority but even waiting for ** long minutes no one answers to my complaint.
Then again I called them and explain the entire situation and they told me that they have updated my complaint and will call me by evening of *rd October ****.
After calling so many times there is no response in any manner from their side.
I have complete video, photo, billing and call details
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
