Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd - online payment made but company refused execution of order with plea payment not received

On **.**.**** placed order on jio mart app made payment through internet banking from my SF account maintained at PNB Dilshad Garden Delhi.payment was not updated on jio mart app and order was cancelled for want of payment, but my account at PNB Dilshad Garden was debited with Rs ***.** amount of the order. I made complaint to my Banker PNB.they confirmed that txn is succesful and payment has been made to Merchant on **-**-**** with TXN number............matter was taken up with M/s Jio Mart with txn details, after lot of correspondence M/s Jio Mart on **.**.**** rejected the claim with remarks that they have not received the payment from my banker, so take up the matter with your banker, since then I followed up with my banker regularly, complaint was also made with RBI/Banking Ombudsman which was also rejected on **rd Aug **** with remarks that payment at bank is successful hence claim is rejected further no appeal can be made against this order and matter can be taken up on any other forum. its more than * month, my account deducted with amount but goods not received
