Myntra - Received Counterfeit Calvin Klein Jeans from Myntra

I ordered Calvin Klein ** Waist 'Black' jeans from Myntra. I initiated a return for the same due to size issue. When their courier partner came to pickup the product he identified that though the product carries price tags of Calvin Klein, mentioning the same product, but the denim jeans was not of Calvin klein as usually there is mention of some brand name over the Jeans, but as there was no mention of that, he rejected the return, thereafter I also noticed the same and the denim i received was of some local brand 'Fashion' but carrying the original price tags of the Brand.I got no response from Myntra till then, they are just delaying it further. My money is stuckup with them and I am sitting with fake product.
