I have done recharge of *** pack to my airtel mobile no. ********** today(jul * ****) at **:** pm and amount has been deducted from my bank and there is no activation of the pack . I need airtel to resolve my issue or refund my money immediately. I have also attached screenshot of payment through phonepe . Otherwise I will consider as cheating on customer by Airtel and I will file a case on them !!
