hello
as i have been a long time coustmer with rcom and paying all the payments in advance and suddenly internet services stop so i dicided to stop with them permanantly so i requested them to disconnect the connection and refund the amount left and now its more than * months then also they have not refunded any amount so now what should i do
and as i call coustmer care i keeps my call on hold for more than * hours
