Rayban - RayBan declining Return with false allegation on customer

I purchased a sunglass from Ray-ban India website. Order Id - *********, Model No - *RJ****S******* ( Frank Junior). Price was - **** INR. After receiving the product I found out It was not the right size for me. Hence, I contacted customer care to return it immediately. It took *-* days for arranging them the return pick up. I have send them all images of the product received and other details. I shall provide those as evidence. I also showed the product to the BlueDart pick up personnel for his satisfaction.
In next few days I received an email stating that RayBan has received a damager product. The box was intact so they are implying the damage was done before sending it back. Hence they cannot refund, and they can send me the product if I want. As if they are doing me a favour to send me the the product I purchased with my money.
Also, they have not shared me yet the images of the "damaged" shipment.
And now the custome care have stopped picking up my calls. I am sure they outsourced the support to some lousy IT company. Each time I have called them, a single lady only receives it.
The ray-ban India website does not work even most of the times. This is a pathetic service provided by the global brand. I did not even found a place to complaint to ray-ban global teams.
Please help me here.
