I have purchased a gift card from Rayban over a week ago. The transaction went through and the money got debited. I received an order confirmation mail as well. Soon after that I got a mail that my gift card hasn't been activated due to transaction failure. I have called customer care multiple times, and they always say that they will call back in a while, but never do. They have stopped responding to my mails also.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
