Rapido Bike Taxi - Rapido Auto Driver drunk Dropped me before 3 5 km of destination point forcefully done robbery 1000

I took drive on **th feb **** at **:** pm from secunderbad railway station to badangpet, Hyderabad.
I severely suffered:
*. Driver auto number was different as per Rapido details.
*. Captain dropped me before *.* km of destination point.
*. Driver was drunk.
*. Just near miss accident with a bike.
*. While i opposed him he started attacking on me.
*. He snatched my wallet forcefully and took **** rupees from my wallet.

at that time i tried to contact with local police but line was busy phone call was not connected, even i tried to connect with rapido customers service but there was no call facility available in Rapido. After this incident, I registered my complaint in the customers support chat but its * days happened rapido customer support not taking any action on priority.

* I need the the recovery for the losses due to this incident.
* My humble request, please take appropriate action against the driver. I faced him, so i know he was really a criminal, in future also he will do some serious problems to passengers.

For evidence, i have attached the ola drive details from that point to my destination point.
