Complaint Description:
I am writing to file a complaint against Rapido, a ride-hailing service provider. I have been a registered user of their services for [period of time]. However, I have recently faced the following issues:
* Unjustified Blocklisting: My contact number has been inexplicably blocked by Rapido, preventing me from accessing their services. This action has been taken without any prior notice or explanation.
* Substandard Earnings and Services: As a delivery partner, I have experienced significant issues with the earnings and services provided by Rapido. These include:
* Delayed and Unpaid Deliveries: Frequent delays in payment for completed deliveries, leading to financial hardship.
* Unfair Cancellation Policies: Strict cancellation policies that unfairly penalize delivery partners, even in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
* Lack of Support and Transparency: Inadequate customer support and a lack of transparency regarding earnings, incentives, and policies.
I have attempted to resolve these issues through Rapido's customer support channels, but to no avail. I believe that Rapido's actions constitute a violation of consumer rights and a breach of their terms of service.
Relief Sought:
I request the National Consumer Court to:
* Direct Rapido to unblock my contact number immediately.
* Investigate the issues related to earnings and services provided to delivery partners.
* Order Rapido to compensate me for any financial losses incurred due to their actions.
* Implement fair and transparent policies for delivery partners.
* Provide adequate customer support to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
I have attached relevant documents, including screenshots and communication records, to support my claims. I urge the National Consumer Court to take swift action to protect the rights of consumers and ensure that Rapido provides fair and ethical services.
