Quikr.com - Quikr Job Not refunding paid amount for data entry job in bank and not respond to call message

I got a call from quikr.com saying that ur profile is profile is selected for icici bank asked to make the registeration fees amt of *** rs to generate emp id ******i. So I paid. Then they took telephonic interview of mine. Then they told me that I was selected for the job and I have to pay an amount of **** rs for the security fee and **** rs for creating bank account and they sent me a offer letter which was secured and to break that security they again demand for the commission of Rs ***** which was declined by me and asked for my given amount to be refunded which he informed that it is refundable amt as be debited but nothing happened
