Quikr.com - Variation on services as representation made by sales executive

I wanted to take business lead basis services. I called a quikr sales representative. He told me that they will provide (* CA+ * ESI/PF + * Insurance) per day = **/ day leads in DELHI/ NCR and * CA leads for each Non-NCR city per day. Since **/**/**** to **-**-**** they provided me around maximum aggregate ** leads. They are telling me they are providing me listing service only not lead base service. Now I tried to know the variation of leads difference. They neglect to provide the reason. The sales of the product or service by providing fake details.
