I would like to inform you about my product which I had purchase from Tata Cliq, It is a Dell Inspiron **** laptop overall performance was very good from four & half month but quality & durability of the product is not good after four month hinge & Screen of Right hand side (RHS) body is automatically broken after daily use furthermore, I filled a complaint against it to dell costumer care on **/**/**** they told me your product will be fix on ** April after that they told in your laptop will be fix in two working days & then I make a complain again & sent * to * mails on respective person so the guy who deal my case told me your laptop fix on **/**/**** but my laptop is not fix & they escalate the date on daily basis & saying that Due to the Covid ** your part is not confirmed yet & now is **th of may, & one of the latest interaction from dell team on *th may they did agree for WUR & they told me when you going with WUR you will be wait for ** to ** days I did agree on that but again send me a mail for delay notification for part dispatch & I am very exhaust from the whole process, once I am agree for WUR why they sending me this type of mail again & again I don't think so DELL is a local manufacturer and small scale company so their team spending to much time in this case and asking me for spending ** days for WHOLE UNIT REPLACEMENT thus, may be concluded that I am not able to engage my office work from **th of April. so please take action against this situation & I have basic plan which is valid for upto December.
