Dell 3511 - Received a damaged laptop

As I have mentioned, I have bought DELL INSPIRON **** laptop on **th February **** from Pai International Electronics Ltd(Bangalore): Invoice no. P****. The touchpad of the laptop stopped working, the laptop was getting over heated, the battery was draining for every half an hour, and the processor fans were running very fast and making a lot of noise just after one month of buying the laptop. I contacted dell support and got the issues fixed. But just after a week of repairing the same problems started coming up again. So again I contacted them and got the parts replaced, but till now the same problem persists. I requested them for refunding as there is a problem in the device's hardware. But till now my problem is not solved. I am not able to use my laptop even for minimal tasks like watching youtube as the battery drains quickly, the laptop heats up, the screen goes blank, and the touchpad stops working. I have been under a lot of stress because I am not able to complete my work because of the laptop.
