I was a recent victim of Qnet scam through a guy named Karthik. Where I invested *,**,*** In which they have purchased products which is not even selected or purchased by me. Soon I came to know that it was a scam and sent the email request to Qnet through (India Support Centre <support.centre@qnetindia.in>) for a refund.
I have been forcefully paid *,**,*** to Karthik to became an member & purchased the product of Qnet on **th March ****. After that I have been only once in Sigaram Business Lounge, Vadapalni for a business brief which is not satisfied. After I spoken to Karthik (Upline) so many time to cancel this Qnet membership & Refund my money back to me.
As Everyone know India Lockdown and *** have been imposed. Because of that I don’t have facility to email or raise my concern to the get the refund. Today dated **th April **** I got the internet assess & sent an email request to Qnet (India Support Centre <support.centre@qnetindia.in>). But referring to the Ref.: CVN-********-**** (Case No:CVN-********-****) CRM:**********. Qnet have responsed that “Laid down Policy and Procedures of the company in terms of clause *.** your request for refund is exceeding the ** day window period”. As everyone aware due to COVID-** lockdown every was at home and difficulty to live our normal life. Because of COVID-** I don’t have email facility to write an email to Qnet earlier. Today (Dated: **th April ****) only I got an facility to send an email to Qnet on my request on refund my money.
Kindly help me in getting my money back to account at the earliest.
