Flipkart. com - Provided false information about flipkart paylater and they charged penslty to me and not responded

I purchased a product WD harddisk by using paylater option. I have to pay on next month **th. But, when i did call on this one Customercare prople provided me wrong information as i can pay on or before **th. As per those words when i try to pay the amount i was charged with extra penalty amount. Regarding this i sent mail but i see no response from them. Number of times i called them and gave complaint regarding this. But no response from their side. Now they are sending mails snd messages as i am not responding to them, so they are goong to take legal action against me.
Please take this complaint and solve my issue and lot of mentsl harassment from flipkart.
