Sir, I ahve order two product one is safari trolly bag and redmi note * pro for which I have made payment by my sbi credit card and got discount during sale, but in the next morning my redmi note * pro order was cancelled without any notification, when I called first they told that you have cancelled your order by IVR call, when I replied that i have not received any call then they said to mail. I mailed to flipkart customer care, they replied your order was cancelled by seller due to shortage of product, that was not mentioned in sale policy, now they said to order again but I am getting same product about **** more than I have ordered before. So Sir please solve my issue.I have also call recordings.
