Amazon .in - Protest Letter against order no

VED PRAKASH filed complaint against Amazon .in on Jun 29, 2020

This is to inform you that I had purchased Google Pixel *xl via order no ***-*******-******* dated **.**.**** via credit card.
On dated **.**.**** I received a call from mobile no ********** and mobile no ********** claiming to be the original owner of the phone and saying that the mobile I had purchased from Amazon belongs to them and the other person claiming to be from cyber crime is threatening to take legal action against me.
Sir please be informed that any legal action or harassment face by me for the phone purchased from Amazon with bill shall have serious legal consequences for you and shall amount to fraud and will be dealt with various section of the IPC.
I think amazon sell same imei to me
Sir Please help for this.
