I booked my ticket for the **th march from Lucknow to Mumbai which got cancelled through the carrier itself. I went in the happyeasygo app and found under FAQ section that in the above-mentioned situation I need to cancel the ticket through the app as well citing the same reason that it got cancelled by the carrier. I did the same. Still, I got a refund of Rs *** only. I mailed them like *-* times and no significant reply came. No assistance as of now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
