House of lehengas - Products sent very different and low quality than shown

I purchased two Kurtis and one lehenga from this website through its Facebook page with a prepaid order worth Rs. **** on **th May **** date bearing confirmation no. HL************ houseoflehengas. I received the pre-ordered items on **rd May date via the order from DPL HL************. There was no address of the consignor on the parcel delivered.
The Kurtis and lehenga ordered by me are totally different in design, colour and pattern, bearing no resemblance at all to the images displayed. I am utterly shocked to receive products that are completely different from what I ordered. During online shopping, I have come to understand that colours may vary, but here the entire items have changed. I have sent an email on **rd May ****. I attempted to approach through facebook page and realized many such reviews reflected after mine. hey did not display any address or contact details on website or facebook page.
They have deliberately concealed important facts and that the above act of supplying wrong goods and materials and to avoid any confrontation after such fraud by not listing accurate details amounts to fraud, cheating and misrepresentation apart from cybercrime. You are hereby called upon to take delivery of these wrong goods delivered to me and refund the entire amount of Rs. ****/- within a period of * days. Failing which I shall be compelled to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceedings against the company, the costs of which shall be borne by them.
