House of lehengas - Bad refund policy

I had ordered a "pack of two designer suits". For one item, they sent the wrong size. While the website displayed an entire suit set for both, what came was just the kurtas and dupattas -- neither had pyjamas/salwars with it. When I contacted customer care, they agreed for a return but said they will not be able to refund the money to my bank account but will add it to my House of Lehengas wallet. I don't wish to buy anything from this website ever again, so it's kind of pointless to add money to a customer's wallet, thereby forcing them to buy from it again. I decided not to return and have my money stuck -- I'll gift away both the kurta sets. Going to not patronise this website again! What a fraud.
