I placed an order with https://www.nirbani.com/ on ** June ****. There is only one watssap message number through which you can contact them ********** .They told me that I can pay **% of the amount and they will start processing my order, and rest of it I can pay once they ship my stuff(* suit sets). Then they asked me that the order is ready and to pay rest of the amount. So I told them that as per the deal I have paid **% (**** rupees) and that I will pay the rest when they ship the products. So they said that they misread and that there is miscommunication and that they will not ship the products till they have the rest of the amount. Finally after a lot of argument they did not agree and as I had already paid **** rupees, I paid the rest to atleast get my products. After receiving the money, they are hardly responding to my messages. I keep on requesting them for the dispatch details but they do not provide them.
I want all my money to be refunded as this is too much of mental trauma. I am a working person and cant keep on chasing them specially when they choose not to respond.
