my worst shopping experience...I purchased a product in first week on August and till date it has not been dispatched..these people do not answer the call or text messages in time..they just make fool of us..i have never experienced this kind of behavior before in online shopping..I am regretting it very very much...my parcel is pre paid and i am asking to refund my money but they are denying .. before purchasing have already confirmed if it would deliver before rakhi and they desperately said yes ofcourse and it id mentioned on the product description that it will get delivered within * WORKING DAYS and IT is close to *.* months still i do not have any tracking number or delivery details of it...Pathetic experience and they do not respond to customers...they have pathetic customer support..totally disgusting..they have single number to watsapp on..and they do not pick that too..worst and would suggest everyone not to buy anything from such fraudsters
