Myntra - Products not accepting for return

I ordered jeans from Myntra but they send a completely different product. I placed a return request by mentioning my cause in remarks. They send me completely other product so the fault has done by the Myntra side and now they are not accepting my return request.
After I got another product I placed a return request and also I ordered the other product on that day. After I find it didn’t fit me I placed a return request. Myntra is not accepting my return request. I am a regular customer of Myntra and I ordered many times but they didn’t do like this anytime. I ordered ** products and in that, I returned two products without any damage from the side but now they not accepting my return request. I need justice in this matter.
