I have ordered the grocery items (total * items) total cost of Rs. ****. On **-**- ****, a delivery boy came to my address and delivered the products with two different bills. When I checked all these delivered products are not mine. I did not order these products. Delivered all wrong products. More specifically, the delivery boy came and put a mixture and biscuits and orange juice, and two bills (without any packaging, he brought a plastic box and open up it and take all these products and delivered them). One bill related to these delivered products is Rs. *** and another is my ordered bill of rs. **** only without any ordered products. Once I complained regarding this issue to the customer support team by the toll-free number (**** *** ****) then the customer support team suggested to return the products and refund your money and again reorder. As per their suggestion, I returned all my ordered products. But out of *, a total of * products are returned and refunded but the remaining * products "Mark Premium Cashews" and "Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta" (cost Rs. ***) are rejected. Again I called the customer support team and they suggest again you return. Again as per their suggestion, I returned but it was again rejected. Again I called the customer support team and the same thing happened * times but the money is not refunded. Then I wrote an email to Flikart grievance section mentioning this scenario on **th May **** (this was my eighth-time effort). On the same day, they called me and assured me that they resolved this problem and refund my money (Rs. ***) back within **th May ****. Then on **th May **** at *.** pm sent me a mail that require two more days, within **th May **** completely solve this issue. Then I received a mail on **th May **** at *.** pm, that
" Hello,
We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

My complaint:
*. The high number of returns in my purchase history that only because Flikart delivered the wrong products and your customer support team suggested returning all the products. Again and again I requested for return and refund. So. the "high number of returns" it is not my mistake. This is your mistake but I am suffering. If your system automatically does this then you change your system set-up and unblock my account and refund my money Rs. ***. Why I will suffer and lose my money for your mistake. Please try to understand I have been victimized by the Flipkart delivery boy. I am an ordinary person, Rs. *** very much matters to me. I do not have any mistakes, it is the mistake of your end only.
*. Noticed that this problem I put to your team (by call and email) from the delivery date (**-**-****), But I was unable to access my account from May **th evening. But I was able to access my account up to **th May morning time also. So, Why not solved this issue within this time duration.
*. For this issue this is not a solution that "your account is blocked and you can not log in" it is totally unjustifiable and this answer did not solve this issue. Please unblock my account and solve this problem refund my lost money Rs. ***. And it is always possible to unblock any account in a computer system. Please do the proper justice with me. Otherwise please refund my money for two products (Mark Premium Cashews (Rs. ***) and Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta (Rs. ***) ) total cost Rs. ***.
Now I am mentally exhausted and mentally broken, Please refund my money Rs. *** and save me. I am totally depressed and mentally tense. I am also totally out of control and mentally harassed again and again. Please save my life and refund the money soon.
