I have ordered a stilletoe which i received on **th of April ,****.The product size was large so i placed an exchange request.They havn’t picked up the product within the days they mentioned(*days) ,the pick up guy called me and told me he will transfer the call to their manager and disconnect the call and the next day i got a message that my exchange request is cancelled.so i mailed a complaint and they place the exchange request again.Next day **th of April ,the pick up guy called me during the time when i was not at home nd told me he will pick up the product the next day itself nd he is seen nowhere till today **th of April,****.Its been **days since i am waiting for the exchanged product .
