- Product send back due to issue of Bluetooth not working in MIVI FORT Soundbar Closed
I had purchased MIVI FORT S** Soundbar and within ** days found that the Bluetooth connectivity is not working. I have contacted Mivi of the issue and they told me to send the product back for fixing the issue.
After sending the product back, I mailed them after a week to know about when will i receive my product back. They replied "our technical team is working on it and you will get back once fixed".
This reply was given on September **th ****. I took update on October **th and **th by mail and no reply was given by their side.
On October **th ****, I received a mail from Mivi as below;
"We hope this mail finds you well. We wanted to inform you that our testing team has reviewed the product you shipped to us and unfortunately, it was received damaged. As per our company policy, we will be shipping the same product back to you.
We regret to inform you that, due to the damage the warranty for the product cannot be claimed. We understand that this may be disappointing, but we wanted to be transparent with you regarding the status of the product.
We have also attached images of the product to this mail for your reference.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
I have a complaint that I have delivered the product in good condition and if the product gets damaged then it's not my fault, as the product I delivered was from the courier company that the Mivi authority has booked. I need to get my product back in the condition I had send after repair.
I had taken many updates since last * days and no reply is been given from them.
Please look out at this matter seriously.
