Product returned failed * consecutive times without any reason or notification.
I raised return requests for * items on ** Dec and ideally it should get picked up in * days.
Return pickup date kept on changing until Jan *th and it was showing the status as return failed with a reason as quality check failed. But in reality, it was never picked up from my location and I haven't even received the call.
Post that has reported the issue and raised multiple complaints and all got resolved without any information on reasoning for the initial cancelling and was forced to raise the return request again.
And till now have raised * times return request[individaully for * items] and for all, it's marked as return failed
Am tired of talking to Myntra executives as am not getting any solution and my paid amount is stuck because of their casualness and insincerity towards customer problem resolution and enablement.
Note:
Not a single call received from the return pickup delivery person or has come to my place for pick-up.
