Whomesever it may concern,
I had purchased a mobile handset product on **/**/****, Time **:**:**, my I'd -********,with my mobile they insisted me to purchase the reconnect power bank which I was not required also and they told me that one year warranty also but they didn't give me any warranty card also, since there approach was nice for purchase so I added the product to my purchase list in your outlet Mysore .
But after few months the power bank is not working properly. Now when I go for the replace or service they took ** days to confirm by taking my product still I didn't get any calls, but I directly visited to your store . they are saying that "if you purchase without any offer you will get product replaced, but this was purchased with offer so we can't replace", in further I don't purchase any of your related products and will spred the quality of products and services you given to me. you are different when customer is purchasing the products and when they are facing problem you are not considering only sale was required from customer side,
It was my very worst experience in reliance digital purchase
