Faulty product delivered.
No proper installation after paying extra amount.
Product repair after usage of * week.
Even after reaching customer care through Mobile, resq store, Social media, the only response I hear in * working days from now on and its been a month.
My family is severly affected by the heat wave in the absence of AC and it created mental agony as we were blocked to either buy new item or wait forever looking for repair/replacement of the AC.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
