Llyod - Product not working service not providing

I recently brought Air conditioner * months ago and i used for * month then it stopped working, i made several complaints requesting for service but they never responded and they raised service requests with ticket provided but they used to close after few days without even trying to visit home. I was really frustrated , i never had any issue with any company like this before. This is the worst experience i ever had. Till now its been * weeks and no one resolved it, i don't have option to return or else i would have did it.
