Llyod - Replacement of Android LED TV

Hello Sir,

Hope you are having a good day.
I'm Saurabh Awasthi from Badlapur, Thane, Maharashtra *** ***.

I have filled a complaint on **th Nov **** ID : ************* regarding Lloyd Smart TV breakdown model no: GL**F*B*ZS purchased on **nd April **** from Shree Krupa Electronics, Badlapur
It has a issue of panel which was checked by technician on **th November ****.

It has a warranty of ** months from the date of purchase i.e it will expire on **nd April ****.
I'm also attaching warranty card.

I received a letter on *th Jan **** from DSM : Abhay Khambayat stating they'll provide me **" Llyod Smart TV for which I have to pay Rs *,***.** (attached letter too).

I'm sorry we can't accept that as we don't have space to keep that big size TV.
For that I again contacted to the number mentioned on letter ********** but it was never answered.
Later I had connected to customer care and registered complaint again *************.
They have provided contact number of ASM Sanjay.

I'm have contacted to ASM : Sanjay (+** ***** *****). He stated that I need to pay approx Rs*,***.** for **" LED TV.

When I first contacted with customer service +************ they told me to pay Rs *,***.** for LED TV of **". Now there has been price increase for same size of LED TV.
May I know the reason why?

ASM Sanjay told me he'll rollout mail or letter to me regarding this on last Saturday, **th Jan ****, but he failed or missed to do that.
I haven't received any mail or letter.
On *th Feb ****, I had connect with ASM Sanjay he told me to write on the mail.

I can accept same size LED TV or Lower **".
But as per my warranty rights.
I'm not supposed to pay any charges for product replacement (refer warranty card).

Please have a look into this issue and let me know what action should be taken further.

It's been more than * Months we don't have TV at home we are mentally exhausted now.

I received an email stating now I have to pay ***** as a depreciation amount.
