*- I sent a product at Bangalore address on ** October **** from Allahabad.
*- Due to some important reasons, I asked the DTDC customer care to stop the delivery at the address mentioned in it.
*- They did the needful. RTO i.e. Return To Origin processed and forwarded by DTDC Bangalore on * November **** at **:**.
*- By going through all the processes it was received at Lucknow hub on * November **** at **:**.
*- But it was again processed and forwarded to Bangalore air hub. They received it there at **:** on * November. From Lucknow, they should have forwarded it to Allahabad.
*- I'm in constant touch with the company and enquiring about it. It seems that nobody knows its whereabouts.
*- My consignment number is *V*********.
