Dtdc Courier - Courier not delivered DTDC payyanur and put wrong message in tracking history

**th January booked courier from Bangalore to Payyanur. **st it reached in payyanur and they said no home delivery system in payyanur. The area is just in *km from dtdc office. They said they will return the product. *st February tracking history shows RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE status. *nd February status shows RECEIVER HAS REQUESTED OTHER DATE. Both are wrong they just don't want to deliver it and putting wrong messages. There is no system to cross check it. Queey raising *s not possible as it say always *n delivery limit.
