I am one of unlucky person who had made a purchase thru pepperfry
My order no is *********
I had a problem with the chair delivered and raised a complaint
After multiple mails and calls I was forced to return the chair for repair
It's three to * months now
I hav been trying ti reach out to customer care ppl of urs and they hav no update regarding the same is the reply I get from them
One chair lies with me and I m waiting for a repair and exchange for * months now
This is so unfortunate I had to buy it they pepperfry and go thru this trauma
My case manager is saritha who has no info and she doesn't call or return my calls
This company is not trust worthy
