Refund
I had placed an order vide no ********** on **th May ****. There were two separate shipments for the same order. The products were delivered on ** May **** and ** May ****.
I didn't like the product. Hence I requested for replacement which was available for me as per their t&c. Replacement request was placed on *st June **** vide ref no. **********. Since then they have have been sending messages that their courier person would pick up within ** hours. But the product never materilazed. On ** june they cancelled the request unilaterally without giving any reason. When i called their customer care the avr replied the same but added that refund has been initiated.
I was frustrated when the refund was also not received. Now hen i request to cancel they order they ate replying that the window time of ** days has elapsed. But i reminded that the delay was caused by their negligence.
