Voltas - Product not repaired by Voltas

Dear all
We purchase a Voltas chiller Plant with Exc Invoice No:- ********** / Commercial invoice No :- ********** on Dated **/**/****. But we are facing problems from starting to till date. And we have already called to customer care and inform about problems on phone No :-***********. and they provide complaint No. , SVC****** ,SVC****** ,SVC******, SVC****** , SVC****** , SVC******.We complaint again and again about chiller plant and there is no any solution. We register complaints * times but service team close our complaint without solution. Many times we call to Mr. Ashok(+************) and Voltas-vender (+**********) but they are not providing any kind of solution. We are using this chiller plant in Our Manufacturing Industry and our Industry is not working properly from last * month due to chiller Plant.
