I had placed an order for Redmi Note * Pro worth rupees ***** on *nd May on shoprishi.com. I didn't receive the confirmation message then I contacted their customer care then received the confirmation message. But still didn't receive the product then I contacted for the second time then they said I'll receive it till *th of May but still I haven't received the product. Please help me. Please help me in getting my money refunded.
