Shoprishi.com - Mobile not delivered

The site showed for mobile purchase through Phonepe and immediately I have purchased through Phonepe ***** but still, my order has not placed. Showing all Shoprishi order has been cancelled. This is cheating with us. How to get a refund of Rs. *****. Please help me.
