I ordered a Logitech C*** HD camera for my kids so that they can attend their school's online class on *th june ****, the order was placed and i paid ****.** + ** as shipping charges. we wanted to order * cameras but then thought to order * and check the quality first. But since that day i have not recieved my product. they are not recieving calls at all. thier office is at fort, mumbai (as written on thier website)and I am staying in navi mumbai only thats the reason i ordered from LT online store as i thought they can deliver fast rather then any other webside because its lockdown everywher.But, they are just not responding at all. My kids are not able to join the class on PC so they are using my and my spouse phone, hence we both can't work as we can't use our phones. this is pathetic. we all suffering just because of this LT online store.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
