I placed Order #**-**-****** Worth रु ***.** on Jul *, **** **:** pm through ltonlinestore.com. The order was never shipped and I haven't received a refund till today.
Initially, there was no response to my enquiries regarding the same. In response to recent enquiries, the seller tells me the order was delivered, which is absolutely false.
I received a call from the store (+************) on Jan ** **** after contacting them through their official Business Account on WhatsApp (wa.me/************). They offered me store credit. I refused because I was never going to order from them again.
They then agreed to process a refund to my bank account and asked for details. I provided those details on the same day but haven't received a refund or heard from them since.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
