I had ordered * nos of vetlife farmina hypoallergenic canine food (fish and potato-*kg pack) for my sick pet. I paid **** for the same. I have not received any order tracking details not have I received the product. The phone number on the website does not exist, they do not respond to messages on instagram except to ask for order number, no responses through chat too. I have gone through terrible mental stress because of their behaviour and i had to order this food else where so that my pet is not impacted. It has also caused me a huge financial stress. I have asked for refund and no response from their end. Highly unprofessional and frustrating behaviour.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
