Bhanu Agarwal filed complaint against Lifestyle on Sep 1, 2020
I have placed an order of * items on Lifestyle's app on August **th ****. Out of those * items, * items were not delivered until August **th and after contacting their consumer team I was informed that * item is not in stock so it would be refunded and other would be delivered within a week's time. It is now September * and that product is still not delivered. Upon contacting consumer support team again, I was informed that product is no longer in stock and person hung up the phone. I have no info available as to if they're processing my refund or not.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
