I ordered green laptop bag on buy * get * and it was non refundable but one bag ordered was in bad condition . I have been reaching out to customer service and they just dont give a response as to what will they do .
I registered complaint on **st july till now no answer.Still they are looking into it like is this a way to treat cusyomers
