I ordered milk from MilkBasket and the same was not been delivered, when I raised the issue on Customer Care Forum they mentioned that it has been resolved. Now I don't understand that neither the milk has been delivered nor they have refunded the money so on what grounds they could say that the issue has been resolved. Even though the amount is small but I feel cheated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
