Homeshop18 - Product not delivered

I ordered a pressure cooker but they sent me a package of shampoo and hair oil. I called to Homeshop** they told me "if you want that product then you can take and we will send you a coupon for next purchase" and I denied to accept. I told them to send my cooker worth rupees ***/- they told me ok sir we will get back our hair oil and shampoo then we will check the products. After *-*days we will send you cookers but till now I only calling them they saying wit for *-* days on every call. No action has been taken till now. And not even a single message I received. My order no. Is **********. I ordered it on * April ****.
