Received a defective product. Complaint lodged after several calls but no proper response.
The calls are purposely disconnected or diverted.
I had bought products from Homeshop before also but this is the first time I am experiencing such a bad customer service. Never expected this from a brand like Homeshop**. Expect the issue to be resolved atleast after the complaints.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
